Yoga and Peace: Meditate and Create Workshop
Caregiving is one of the most selfless acts of love, but it often comes with immense stress and emotional strain. At Still Waters, we understand the challenges caregivers face and the importance of prioritizing their own well-being. That’s why we’re thrilled to partner with Creative Nature to host Meditate & Create, a workshop designed to help caregivers and community members find peace, creativity, and rejuvenation.
Join us on Saturday, April 12th, at 5:00 PM for an evening of mindfulness and artistic expression led by Stephanie Schroeder of Creative Nature. This 2.5-hour workshop will guide participants through a relaxing meditation session and offer space to tap into their creativity, crafting something meaningful in a supportive environment. You don’t need prior experience with meditation or creating—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Engaging in activities like meditation and creating art is a powerful way for caregivers to reduce stress, find clarity, and foster emotional healing. This workshop offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, recharge your spirit, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Participants will also enjoy the chance to build community with others who understand the caregiving journey.
The Meditate & Create workshop is open to all and costs $40.00. It will take place at Still Waters Adult Day Center and promises to be an evening of reflection, connection, and renewal. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today.
Take this opportunity to pause, nurture yourself, and reclaim your peace—you deserve it. We hope to see you there!
