Caring for others starts with caring for yourself! Join Christine “Chris” Davis, a Licensed Social Worker, Caregiver Coach, and Wellness Ambassador for the National Senior Games Association, for an empowering workshop focused on self-care strategies for caregivers.

Chris brings a wealth of experience, from leading a case management agency serving seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to competing as an elite USA Track & Field Masters sprinter. Through her unique perspective, she will guide participants in exploring the five pillars of self-care—physical, spiritual, social, intellectual, and emotional—helping caregivers prioritize their own well-being.
