Statements are sent on the first business day of the month for the previous month’s charges. We send electronic statements and preferred payment is by pre-authorized direct debit from a checking or savings account. All accounts must be paid in full by the 10th of the month to avoid additional fees. If you are unable or unwilling to pay by pre-authorized direct debit, we require payment by cash or check weekly.

The cost of Adult Day Services is about one-fourth the cost of a nursing home and about one-half the cost of private duty in-home care. Medicare and other forms of health insurance do not cover the cost of Adult Day Services at this time. Our staff will be happy to discuss other payment options with you. These include third-party payment through Medicaid Waivers, CHOICE, and the VA Community Care Network, along with long-term care insurance, and a special scholarship fund.
