Reduce stress levels through the gentle practice of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art form, consisting of slow relaxed movements for total self-development. For the body, cultivating Chi, or life force energy, increases muscle strength, balance, and flexibility. For the mind, it is a study in concentration and willpower. For the soul, it is a system of spiritual meditation. Join teacher, Jeanette Moody, in this vibrant and healing practice. The classes are free of charge.
Have tons of fun while dancing away the pounds with Zumba.
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba classes are $5 each.
Qoya is a movement practice for women only. Through movement we remember.
We remember as women our true essence as Wise, Wild, and Free.
Join teacher, Ericka Ellis, for a fun, meaningful time of dancing and
connecting to a community of women. Please wear comfortable clothes,
bring a yoga mat, and water. Classes are free of charge and donations are
encouraged to cover the cost of instruction.
